还原型谷胱甘肽合用粉防己碱对帕金森病大鼠抗氧化效应的研究 被引量:8

Effects of Glutathione Combined with Tetrandrine on the Antioxidation of Parkinson's Disease in Rats

摘要 目的:观察还原型谷胱甘肽合用粉防己碱(Tet)对帕金森病(PD)大鼠抗氧化效应的影响。方法:应用定向注射6-羟基多巴胺法制作(PD)大鼠模型,将成功模型分4组给予不同药物50d,观察大鼠旋转行为,测定黑质谷胱甘肽(GSH)和纹状体丙二醛、活性氧水平。结果:GSH合用Tet能:①显著改善模型大鼠旋转行为;②减轻氧化应激损伤,纹状体丙二醛、活性氧水平显著降低;③显著增加黑质区GSH含量。结论:Tet能增强GSH对PD大鼠的抗氧化能力。 Aim: To evaluate the effects of reduced glutathione hormone (GSH) combined with tetrandrine on the antioxidation of Parkinson's disease (PD) in a rat model. Methods: The PD rat model was established by stereotactic microinjection of 6-hydroxydopamine. The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups and were treated with different candidates for 50 days. The circling behavior of all rats was observed before and after treatment. The activity of GSH in substantia nigra and the contents of MDA, ROS in striatum were assayed after treatment. Results: ① Glutathione combined with tetrandrine had significant improvement on the circling behavior of PD rats. ② Glutathione combined with tetrandrine could decrease the oxidative stress of PD rats. The contents of MDA, ROS in striatum were significantly decreased in striatum. ③ Glutathione combined with tetrandrine considerably increased the contents of GSH in substantia nigra. Conclusion: Tetrandrine could enhance the effects of antioxidation of GSH in PD rats.
