摘要
利用自主开发的铝合金热分析系统,研究了Sr加入量、变质后保温时间对ZL104合金冷却曲线的影响,建立了变质等级与变质前后共晶温度的降低值△TEG之间的对应关系。结果表明,Sr加入量从0增加到0.022%时,△TEG不断增加,变质等级也相应增加;随保温时间延长,△TEG不断降低,变质等级也随之降低。△TEG达到8℃以上时,变质等级为最好的6级。
The influence of the strontium content and holding time on the cooling curve of ZL104 aluminum alloy was studied using a self-regulating thermal analysis system. The relationship of modification level and △TBG (the eutectic temperature difference between modified and unmodified alloy) was established. The results indicate that △TBG increases as the strontium content increases from 0% to 0.022%, and the modification level increases too .The △TBG decreases with the increase of heat preservation time after modification, and the modification level decreases too.When △TBG is over 8℃, the modification level reaches best grade 6.
