摘要
采用有限元模拟分析技术,验证了理论工艺参数,并对铝合金杯形件等温挤压成形工艺进行了可行性研究,为试验提供了可行性依据。采用近似等温挤压工艺,获得了合格的铝合金杯形件毛坯,提高了生产效率,降低了试验和生产成本。
Using finite element simulation analysis, the theoretical process parameters were verified, the feasibility of isothermal extrusion process of Al-alloy cup-shaped piece was studied, which provided a feasibility basis for the trial. Using approximate isothermal extrusion process, the blanks of eligible Al-alloy cup-shaped piece were gained.The process raises production efficiency, and reduces the cost of trial and production.
