上海防酸牙膏(加强型)对牙齿感觉过敏症短期疗效的评价

Short clinic efficacy of Shanghai Anti-cavity Toothpaste for Sensitive Teeth (Plus) on the treatment of dentinal hypersensitivity

目的:观察上海防酸牙膏(加强型)治疗牙齿感觉过敏症的短期疗效。方法:采用双盲法对90例牙齿感觉过敏症的病人随机使用1号、2号和3号牙膏,要求每种牙膏为30例。分别记录刷牙前、刷牙后即时、1d后和1周后的冷气刺激和擦拭刺激指数,进行统计学处理。结果:3种牙膏在应用前、应用后即时和1d后,冷气刺激疼痛抑制程度无统计学差异(P>0.05);应用后1周,冷气刺激疼痛抑制程度有统计学差异(P<0.05)。其中1号和2号、2号和3号之间有统计学差异(P<0.05),1号和3号之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。2号牙膏平均秩和最小,提示对冷气刺激疼痛的抑制效果最好。经揭盲,2号牙膏为上海防酸牙膏(加强型)。结论:上海防酸牙膏(加强型)对牙齿感觉过敏症短期临床疗效明显。

AIM：To evaluate the clinic efficacy of Shanghai Anti - cavity toothpaste for Sensitive Teeth （Plus） on the treatment of dentinal hypersensitivity. METHODS Ninety patients used No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 dentifrice randomly and double - blindly were divided into 3 groups. Before and after tooth brushing immediately, after one day and after a week, the sensitive teeth were examined and their air blast and tactile sensitivity scores were recorded. RESULTS： Before tooth brushing, after tooth brushing immediately and after one day, air blast sensitivity scores has no statisticall difference among the three dentifrices;whereas after a week, there was significant difference statistically （P 〈 0.05）. There was significant statistically between No. 1 and No. 2, also between No. 2 and No. 3. However, there was no statisticall difference between No. 1 and No. 3. The mean score of No. 2 dentifrice was the lowest. It meant that the efficacy to restrain air blast sensitivity of No. 2 dentifrice was the best. No. 2 dentifrice was Shanghai Anti - cavity Toothpaste for Sensitive Teeth （Plus）. CONCLUSION ： Shanghai Anti-cavity toothpaste for Sensitive Teeth （Plus） has significant clinic efficacy on the treatment of dentinal hypersensitivity.
