摘要
测定了毛蟹、黄旦、铁观音、肉桂和福鼎大白茶5个茶树品种上假眼小绿叶蝉成虫3种抗药性相关酶系,即谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTs)、羧酸酯酶(CarE)和乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)的活性及其分布.黄旦、福鼎大白茶上假眼小绿叶蝉成虫的GSTs和CarE活性较高、AChE敏感性较低,其他3个品种的GSTs和CarE活性较低、AChE敏感性较高;各种酶活性分布也存在一定程度的差异.说明茶树品种对假眼小绿叶蝉的个体分化及抗性的产生有影响.
The activities and their frequency distribution of glutathione S-transferases ( GSTs ), carboxylesterase ( CarE), acetylcholinesterase (ACHE) from adults of tea leafhopper, Empoasca vitis Goethe (Homoptera: Cicadellidae) feeding on 5 tea varieties were determined. The adults of E. vitis feeding on Huangdan and Fuding Dabaicha have higher GSTs and CarE activities, and then lower ACHE activities than adults feeding on other 3 tea varieties ; the frequency distribution of enzyme activities is different to a certain extent. It is revealed that there is correlation between tea varieties and pesticide resistance of E. vitis.
