作物优异种质资源及其品质相关基因克隆研究的若干进展 被引量:5

摘要 本文简述本研究所农产品品质研究的进展情况:(1)高赖氨酸蛋白基因转化杂交水稻恢复系,T5代转基因稻米的赖氨酸含量最高的株系比CK高46.9%;(2)发掘出稻米中分别富含钙、铁、锌、硒、黄酮、谷维素、γ-氨基丁酸、辅酶Q10的水稻优异种质;(3)发掘出甘薯中富含DHEA和β-胡萝卜素、葡萄中富含白藜芦醇和原花青素、茶叶中富含EGCG和茶氨酸的优异种质;(4)发掘出水稻、小白菜Cd和Pb累积量低的优异种质;(5)克隆出甘薯β-胡萝卜素,黄芪异黄酮,人参皂甙,水稻谷甾醇、γ-氨基丁酸和茶树EGCG等6种活性成分生物合成的9个关键酶基因. The following research progresses in crop quality have been made by Agricultural Product Quality Institute, FAFU. (1) A restore line of hybrid rice has been transformed with high lysine gene, which resulted in the grain lysine content of 46.9% higher than CK in the highest line in T5 progeny.. (2) Excellent rice germplasms rich in Ca, Fe, Zn, Se, flavone, oryzanol, γ-aminobutyric acid and CoQ10 have been screened out, respectively. (3) Excellent germplasms of sweet potato rich in DHEA, β-carotene; grape rich in reseveratrol, proanthocyanidin; tea rich in EGCG, theanine have been screened out. (4)The germplasms of rice and Chinese cabbage with low Cd or Pb accumulation have been screened out. (5) Nine genes coding key enzymes related to biosynthesis of active components including β-carotene in sweet potato, isoflavone in Astragalus, saponin in gingsen, sitosterol and γ-aminobutyric acid in rice, EGCG in tea, have been cloned.
