摘要
以长三角地区典型开发区的用地平衡表为研究样本,通过对相关案例用地构成的比较,归纳了部分长三角开发区用地构成的一般特征,最后剖析了开发区用地构成的影响因素及功能演化机制。
The article chooses cases of development zone＇s balance sheet of land use for study sample, which are typical in Yangtze River Delta. The authors make comparison of all these cases, and fred the widespread regulation of the land use structure, then analyze influential factors and the evolution mechanism, which makes function＇s transformation of development zone.
