摘要 支架蛋白IQGAP1发现能与许多重要的细胞活动紧密相关,如黏附和迁移。研究发现在损伤修复、组织发展、肿瘤转移等过程中,IQGAP1的表达和功能有明显改变。同时作为Rho GTPase信号的主要效应因子,IQGAP1能传递细胞外信号至黏附素复合体、细胞骨架以及细胞核。通过上述信号通路,IQ-GAP1协助细胞完成一系列重要生理病理活动。 Scaffold protein IQGAP1 has been found to bear close relationship with many important cell activities, such as adhesion and migration. During some processes ( injury and healing, organ development, tumor metastasis, etc ), the expression and function of IQGAP1 experience conspicuous changes. At the same time, as the main effector of Rho GTPase, IQGAP1 can deliver extracellular signals to cadherin complex, cytoskeleton and nucleus. With such signal pathway, IQGAP1 helps cells to achieve a variety of physiological and pathological functions.
