摘要
应用Pillbox模型研究了低碳钢高温变形对先共析铁素体相变形核率的影响,主要依据稳态形核率方法进行计算.为确定变形储能的数值,探讨了变形参数对变形储能的影响.计算结果表明,热变形使铁素体相变起始温度和最大形核率温度升高、相同温度条件下形核率增加、相变孕育期缩短,如进一步控制铁素体晶粒长大,可以起到促进晶粒细化的作用.
Based on the calculated method has been made on the effect of deformation above of stable nucleation rate, a theoretical analysis Ae3 temperature to the nucleation of eutectioid ferrite transformation in low carbon steel. The influence of deformation parameters to deformation energy is discussed. The calculation results show that heat-deformation makes the transformation starting temperature and maximum nucleation temperature raise, nucleation rate increase at the same temperature and incubation time shorten, and more fine structures can be obtained if grain growth is controlled.
