树突状细胞及表面受体的调控与自身免疫性疾病

摘要 树突状细胞(DC)是机体专职的抗原递呈细胞,代表了结构和功能具有很大可塑性的一群细胞,既具有诱发机体防御性免疫的功能,又在机体免疫耐受形成中起重要作用。本文重点介绍DC是机体耐受性和免疫性的关键调节因素、DC在风湿免疫性疾病炎症过程中的作用和研究现状。 Dendritic cell belongs to antigen presenting cell, whose structure and function are plastic. It can induce defensive immune of the body and meanwhile takes its part in immune tolerance. We highlight here the current study on the role of dendritic cells in rheumatic immune diseases.
