摘要利福平(rifamp ic in,RFP)作为抗结核药已在临床上使用多年,其不良反应(adverse drug reactions,ADR s)可累及各器官、系统,甚至引起死亡。本文对RFP引起的急性肾功能衰竭(acute renal failure,ARF)的病理类型、发病机制、诊断及治疗的研究现状进行综述。
