聚四氟蜡和二硫化钼填充凯夫拉纤维织物复合材料的摩擦磨损性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用玄武三号栓-盘式摩擦磨损试验机研究凯夫拉(Kevlar)纤维织物材料及聚四氟蜡(PFW)和MoS2填充Kevlar纤维织物复合材料的摩擦磨损性能,采用扫描电子显微镜观察其磨损表面形貌.结果表明,PFW和MoS2均可以改善Kevlar纤维织物材料的摩擦磨损性能,其中PFW的改善效果尤为显著.当PFW质量分数为20%时,Kevlar纤维织物复合材料的摩擦系数减小75%、磨损率降低82%,Kevlar纤维织物复合材料的减摩抗磨性能最佳. Friction and wear behaviors of Polyfluo-150 wax( studied by using a Xuanwu-Ⅲ high temperature friction and films formed on the surfaces of the counterpart pin were PFW) and MoS2 modified Kevlar fabric composites were wear tester, and then the worn surfaces and the transfer analyzed by using a JSM-5600LV scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It was found that the friction-reducing and anti-wear properties of Kevlar fabric composites can be greatly improved by filling PFW or MoS2, but the friction-reducing and anti-wear properties of PFW filled Kevlar fabric composite are much better than those of the MoS2 filled Kevlar fabric composite. When the Content of PFW in Kevlar fabric composite is 20%, the Kevlar fabric composites can obtain the best friction-reducing and anti-wear properties.
