GM food is the abbreviation of ge netically modified food, which refers to extracting gene in plant, animal and microorganism＇s cells to transfer to crop, animal and microorganism＇s cells through the modern biological technology so as to empower its non-natural good traits. The edible GM food or food produced with GM biological materials are all called GM food.
