摘要
采用管沟污泥等量替代天然细集料,制备了掺管沟污泥的水泥混凝土.研究结果表明:在混凝土中掺加一定量的管沟污泥,可以配制出强度等级为40 MPa以上的混凝土,其28 d抗压强度高于同配合比的基准混凝土;随着管沟污泥掺量的增加,混凝土坍落度降低;掺管沟污泥水泥混凝土固结体的重金属溶出量满足国家标准,无二次污染.
The concrete with sewer sludge fully replacing of natural sand was prepared for the purpose of harmless management, resources utilization and industrialization of city sludge. Experiment results show that the compressive strength of concrete adding proper quantity of sewer sludge reaches 40 MPa, which is higher than the standard concrete. And with increasing of sludge, the slump of the concrete decreases. Heavy metal infusion toxicity of the concrete added with sludge can meet the national standard requirement so that no secondary pollution would be caused.
