摘要
以pH值分别为2,3的盐酸作为腐蚀介质,研究了受腐蚀后C30混凝土抗压强度等力学性能以及应力-应变曲线的变化规律;阐述了受盐酸腐蚀混凝土性能劣化的内在原因.试验结果表明,盐酸腐蚀作用下,混凝土的抗压强度、弹性模量随腐蚀时间和溶液浓度的增加呈线性减小趋势,其应力-应变曲线逐渐趋于平缓.提出了基于研究结果的受盐酸腐蚀混凝土抗压强度、弹性模量的计算模型.
Mechanical properties of concrete (such as compressive strength, stress-strain curve, elastic modulus, etc. ) corroded by hydrochloric acid solution with pH value of 2 and 3, were studied. Damage mechanism of the corroded concrete was discussed. The test results indicate that the mechanical properties of concrete (e.g. the strain, compressive strength, elastic modulus) decrease linearly with time and solution concentration. It is also shown that stress-strain curve of the corroded concrete become leveling off. Based on the experimental results, a numerical model is put forward to compute the compressive strength and the elastic modulus of corroded concrete.
