疏血通注射液治疗高血压脑出血临床观察

Clinical Observation on Injection Shuxuetong in Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的观察疏血通注射液对高血压脑出血血肿、血肿周围水肿和神经功能恢复的影响。方法80例高血压脑出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给疏血通注射液6ml,每日1次静脉滴注,共14天。于第7、14、21天复查头颅CT测量血肿体积、血肿周围水肿体积,采用NIHSS量表进行神经功能评估。结果与对照组比较,第14、21天治疗组的血肿体积、周围水肿体积减小(P<0.05,P<0.01),NIHSS评分明显减小(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液能促进血肿吸收、抑制水肿形成,改善神经功能。

Objective To observe the effect of injection Shuxuetong on hcmatoma,perilesion edema and neurological function of hypertensine cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 40 in therapeutic group and 40 in control group. The therapeutic group were intravenous injected Injection Shuxuetong （6ml ＋ N. S250ml,iv drop QD） , for two weeks. Check CT on the 7th, 14th and21th day, to measure the volume of hematoma and perilesional edema and evaluate score of neurologic impairment. Results Compare with control group, the volume of hematoma and perilesional edema reduced significantly in the therapeutic group （ P 〈 0. 05,P 〈 0.01 ） ,the NIHSS is decreased （P 〈 0.05） on the 14th and 21st day. Conclusions Injection ShuXueTong can promote the absorption of hematoma, abate perilesional edema and improve the neurologic impairment after hypertensine cerebral hemorrhage.
