Detection of herpesvirus type 6 (HHV6) in non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas

摘要 人类疱疹病毒-6型(HHV-6)与多种肿瘤有关。本实验为了探讨HHV-6与非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)的关系,用聚合酶链反应(PCR),液相同位素杂交和免疫组化检测20例NHL。结果显示有12例病例组织中含HHV-6,占60%。10例P53蛋白异常(50%)。提示HHV-6与NHL有关系。 The Human Herpesvirus 6 （HHV - 6） has a relation with many tumours, We want to study the relation between HHV - 6 and non- Hodgkin＇ s lymphomas. The Polymerase Chain Reaction, Liquid hybridization and Immunohistochemical staining were used to test the 20 cases of non - Hodgkin＇ s lymphomas. HHV6 was detected in 12 cases （60%）. In addition, abnormal P53 proteine have been detected in 10 eases （ 50% ）. It shows that HHV - 6 is involved in non - Hodgkin＇ s lymphomas.
