不同方法测量根管长度准确性研究

摘要 [目的]通过不同方法测量根管长度,指导根管治疗的准确性。[方法]采用手感法X光照片、电测法3种方法测量根管长度,并和离体牙实测相比较。[结果]手感法和X光照片的测量结果准确性较差,而电测法的结果较准确(P<0.05)。[结论]电测法测量根管长度值得临床推广。 [ Objective] To study accuracy of the root- canal treatment with the different measuring method. [ Methods] The method of feeless, X light photograph, the electricity measures to measures the root canal length , and compare with the solid measuring methods of the isolated teeth. [ Results ] The electricity measure method is better accurate than feeless method and the X light photograph method ( P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] It is worthy of expanding clinically to measures the root - canalLength with the electyicity measures method.
