麻痹性痴呆2例报告 被引量：1

摘要 例1男，66岁，退休工人，因言语、行为异常1年于2002年9月4日入院。家属诉近一年来患者出现行为异常，易激动，语言减少，反应迟钝，不认识家人、朋友，不会花钱买东西；经常翻窗进屋，或爬到房顶，在街上捡东西吃，不讲究个人卫生，随地大小便。曾在多家医院诊治，症状逐渐加重。既往体健。入院时查体：体温36．6℃，脉搏61次／min、呼吸18次／min、血压120／64mmHg（1mmHg：0．133kPa）。步入病房，步态正常，查体不合作，反应迟钝，混合性失语并有重复词语，定向力、记忆力、计算力、理解判断力等均无法查。颅神经（-）、颈无抵抗，四肢肌力、肌张正常，腱反射亢进，右侧巴氏征（±）。感觉及共济运动无法查。心肺腹无特殊。实验室检查：9月5日血常规、
