多囊卵巢综合征实验诊断指标的筛选及高雄激素血症形成机制的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)最佳实验诊断指标的筛选及高雄激素血症的形成机制。方法:PCOS组:持续无排卵,高雄激素,高雄激素的临床特征,排除其它病因。年龄16~35(28.13±2.25)岁。正常对照组:月经周期规律、排卵功能及内分泌功能正常。年龄15~37(27.32±3.21)岁。按体重指数(body mass index,BMI;kg/m2)进行分组。PCOS组:PCOSⅠ组为BMI<25 kg/m2;PCOSⅡ组为BMI 25~29 kg/m2;PCOSⅢ组为BMI>30 kg/m2。正常对照组:对照Ⅰ组为BMI<25 kg/m2;对照Ⅱ组BMI≥25 kg/m2。均于卵泡早期(月经第2~4天)检测患者血清中LH、FSH、E2、PRL、T、PDGF、EGF、LEP、脂联素、血糖和胰岛素水平。结果:PCOS组的LH、FSH、E2、PRL、T、LEP、脂联素、血糖和胰岛素水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:筛选并建立了较佳的检验程序和指标;LH、FSH、E2、PRL、T、LEP、脂联素、血糖和胰岛素水平与PCOS的发生有关。 Objective: To screen the pragmatic indexes for polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) and explore the mechanism of hyperandrogen. Methods: PCOS group: anovulation, hyperandrogen, clinical syndromes related to hyperandrogen, removing other diseases. Age range from 16 to 35 years(28.13 ± 2.25 ). Normal group: regular menstrual cycle, normal ovulation and endocrine secretion, normal ovary. Age range from 15 to 37 years(27.32 ± 3.21 ). PCOS patients were classified as PCOS Ⅰ ( BMI 〈 25 kg/m^2 ), PCOS Ⅱ ( BMI25 - 29 kg/m^2 ), PCOS Ⅲ ( BMI 〉 30 kg/m^2 ) , control group was divided into 2 groups as normal Ⅰ ( BMI 〈 25 kg/m^2 ) and normal Ⅱ ( BMI ≥25 kg/m^2) groups randomly by body mass index (BMI), respectively. Serum LH, FSH, E2, PRL,T, PDGF, EGF. LEP. Adiponectin. Glucose . Insulin was measured in early antral follicle (on day 2-4 of menstrual cycle). Results: There were significant differences between PCOS and normal group in above LH, FSH, E2 , PRL, T, LEP. Adiponectin. Glucose. Insulin ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Screen and set up better laboratory process and indexes; LH.FSH.E2 .PRL.T.LEP. Adiponeetin.Glucose.Insulin may be related with the onset of PCOS.
