对全国水库安全状况进行普查是今后一个时期开展病险水库除险加固和水库安全管理工作的重要基础。系统介绍了目前水库大坝安全鉴定与评价的主要内容,并阐述了大坝安全鉴定与评价对于目前我国开展的全国水库安全状况普查具有的重要意义。

General survey of reservoir safety is carried out in the whole country, which forms a solid foundation for strengthening risky reservoirs and reservoir safety management in the future. The components of appraisal and assessment of safety of dams and reservoirs are introduced systematically. It is highlighted that appraisal and assessment of dam safety is of great meaning to the current survey of reservoir safety conditions in China.
