北京市再生水开发利用问题与对策

Development of recycled water and measures in the city of Beijing

北京市2006年再生水利用量3.6亿m3,2010年再生水利用量将达到6亿m3,其中年中水生产能力将达到140万m3/d。目前全市再生水利用率虽已达37%,已运用到工业冷却循环、农业灌溉、第三产业及景观绿化等。总结北京市再生水开发利用现状及存在的问题,提出再生水开发利用的对策与措施。

In 2006, Beijing Municipality generates 360 million m3 of recycled water. In 2010 it will reach to 600 million m^3, and the annual production of recycled water shall reach to 140 million m^3/d. currently, the utilization rate of the recycled water accounts to 37% of the total water use in the city and the water is mainly for industrial use of cooling system, irrigated agriculture, third industry and gardening. The paper summaries the current conditions of recycled water use and problems, and offers a solution for the development and utilization of recycled water.
