周边视网膜病变光凝术后的LASIK疗效分析

Analysis on curative effects of LASIK surgery after photocagulation with argon laser for treating myopia

目的观察近视眼经氩激光光凝后行LASIK治疗的有效性和安全性。方法对1520例LASIK治疗的近视眼中合并有近视性眼底周边退行性病变28例（40眼），先行氩激光光凝术1m以后，再行LASIK治疗。经2y术后随访，对术后视力和眼底周边部退行性病变进行自身对比研究。结果（1）术后视力，均比术前有显著性改善（p〈0．01），半年到一年后均趋于稳定（p〉0．05）。达到或超过术前矫正视力。（2）视网膜周边退行性病变比LASIK术前无显著性进展和演化的趋势（p〉0．05），无一例发生视网膜脱离。结论氩激光光凝术后的LASIK近视1治疗疗效确切，消除了因LASIK术后继发网脱的风险性，安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the efficaly and safty of LASIK surgery after photocoagularion with argon laser for treating myopia. Methods Among 1754 myopia patients 28 cases with myopia retinopathy were treated argon photocoagulation one month before LASIK surgery. Observed for 2 years, entered the selfroached study about vision acuity and retinopathy. Results （1）The vision after surgery is all obviously better than that before surgery （p〈0.01）, fron half one year to one year folloning shows it is steady （p〉0.05）, and is as well as well as or better than that before surgery, （2） In all these cases, retinopathy is not progressing and no one produces RD （retinal detached）. Conclusions LASIK surgery after argon laser surgery for treating myopia is effective and safe, and reduces the dangerous of secondary RD after LASIK.
