哈士蟆油复合药对大鼠骨骼肌α-肌动蛋白mRNA表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究哈士蟆油复合药对运动模型大鼠骨骼肌α-肌动蛋白mRNA表达的影响及其抗疲劳的作用。方法:建立大鼠运动模型,运用半定量反转录聚合酶链式反应法研究该复合药对大鼠骨骼肌α-肌动蛋白mRNA表达的影响,并按卫生部《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》对哈士蟆油复合药进行抗疲劳作用的功能学评价。结果:运动给药组大鼠骨骼肌α-肌动蛋白mRNA的表达量显著高于安静组和运动不给药组;同时哈士蟆油复合药能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间,提高肝糖元含量,降低血清尿素氮、血乳酸含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:哈士蟆油复合药能提高大鼠骨骼肌α-肌动蛋白mRNA的表达量,具有显著的抗疲劳作用。 Effect of Oviductus Ranae (OR) compound on anti-fatigue function and α-actin expression of rat skeletal muscle were studied in this paper. SD rat model of swimming training was constructed and α-actin expression of skeletal muscle was studied by the quantitative RT-PCR (QRT-PCR ). Functional evaluation on anti-fatigue of the optimum anti-fatigue OR compound was studied according to the test methods in " Functional Assessment Procedure and Tests Methods of Health Food" which was provided by MOH. It was demonstrated that OR compound could obviously prolong the time of mouse loaded -swimming, increase the liver glycogen significantly, reduce the content of BUN and the blood lactic acid (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). It also had significant effect on the expression of α-actin of skeletal muscle. The results showed that OR compound enhanced α-actin expression of rat skeletal muscle and it also had significant anti-fatigue function,
