论民生型政府建设的价值取向

Study on Value Orientation of People's Livelihood-oriented Government Construction

民生型政府建设的价值取向是指在建设民生型政府的过程中应当遵循和选择的动态的价值目标,它发挥着整合了民生型政府系统中的各种要素和功能,使民生型政府建设向既定的目标发展的制约和导向作用。笔者对民生型政府的价值取向进行探讨,认为:坚持以人为本、关注民生、社会和谐、社会公正等价值取向符合我国国情的现实选择,只有重视并发挥这些价值取向的作用,才能解决民生型政府建设中遇到的各种问题,才能使我国民生型政府建设向既定的目标发展。

The value orientation of the people＇s livelihood -oriented government was the dynamic value aim should be followed and chose during the process of constructing the people＇s livelihood-oriented government. Only by persisting in such value orientation as people-centricity, paying attention to the people＇s livelihood, social harmony and social equity, problems could be solved during the process of constructing the people＇s llvelihood-oriented government.
