摘要
本文用食物频率问卷法对南通市272名4~6岁学龄前儿童食物摄入情况进行调查,测定其体格发育状况,分析食物摄入与体格发育的关系。结果表明:(1)本地儿童日常饮食质量较高,肉、鱼、禽、蛋、奶及豆类摄入频率较高,但动物血、肝脏及其它内脏摄入较少。(2)肉类、豆制品、动物骨头的摄入频率高者体格发育好;禽鱼虾类、海产品及面食的作用也不容忽视。(3)蛋类的摄入频率与Kaup指数呈负相关。
In order to probc into the relationship between body development and food intake of preschool children,the food intake and development status of 272 preschool children were investigated and relationship between them was analized. The results are as follow : 1. These children enjoyed the high-quality food pattern and the intake frequancies of meat,fish,poultry,eggs,milk and beans were less . 2. The intake frequancies of meat,beans and hone were positive correlation with body devolopment and the effect of poultry , fish , marine products and wheaten food also should be considered . 3. The intake frequancy of eggs was negative corrlation with kaup index of children , which suggests that the intake of eggs food may be closely related to the height development of preschool children.
