2003年～2005年我院抗菌药物应用情况分析

Utilization of Antibacterials in Our Hospital During the Period 2003～2005

目的:了解我院2003年～2005年抗菌药物应用情况,以提高合理用药水平。方法:统计我院2003年～2005年抗菌药物的品种、用量、金额、用药频度以及限定日费用。结果:2003年～2005年抗菌药物占药品总金额的34.47%,并以年23.43%的速度下降。结论:头孢菌素类在我院抗菌药物使用中占主导地位,药师和医师应共同提高合理使用抗菌药物水平。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital during 2003 - 2005 so as to improve rational drug use. METHODS： The antibiotics used in our hospital during the period 2003 - 2005 were analyzed statistically in respect to consumption sum, drug kinds, DDDs and defined daily cost. RESULTS ： Of the consumption sum of gross drugs used in our hospital during 2003 - 2005, antibiotics accounted for 34.47 %, with an annual reduction rate of 23.43 %. CONCLUSION： In our hospital, acephalosporins topped the list in the consumption of antibacterials. Pharmacists and physicians should work together to improve the level of rational use of antibacterial drugs.
