抗菌药物不合理应用情况分析

Analysis of Irrational Use of Antibacterials

目的:对抗菌药物临床应用的不合理现象进行分析,促进临床合理用药。方法:对本院各临床科室2004年6月～2006年6月中住院病历,随机抽查进行抗菌药物合理应用情况分析,分析主要从3个方面进行。结果:抗菌药物临床应用中存在较多的不合理现象,在抽查的3 568份病历中,存在抗菌药物不合理应用的病历共517份,占总病历的14.5%;存在的抗菌药物不合理应用项目共有696项,其中抗菌药物的选用方面存在的不合理应用项目共有263项,占37.8%,抗菌药物的给药方面存在的不合理应用项目共有270项,占38.8%,抗菌药物不合理用药疗程方面存在的不合理应用项目共有163项,占23.4%。结论:只有加强抗菌药物的临床应用管理,严格控制抗菌药物的临床应用,才能更好地对抗菌药物加以保护,延缓或避免细菌耐药性的产生,从而保证抗菌药物的合理应用。

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the irrational use phenomena of antibacterials in the clinic to promote rational drug use. METHODS： The case histories of the inpatients in various departments of our hospital between June, 2004 and June, 2006 were random selected for the analysis of the use of antibacterials, and the analysis was performed chiefly from 3 aspects. RESULTS： It was quite irrational in the clinical use of antibacterials. Of the total 3,568 case histories investigated, 517 （ 14.5 % ） involved irrational use of antibacterials, irrational use of antibacterials totaled 696 items, of which, 263 （37. 8 % ） were irrational in the choice of antibacterials, 270 （38.8 % ） were irrational in the administration of antibacterials and 163 （23.4%） were irrational in the course of treatment. CONCLUSION： Only through tightening the control of the clinical application of antibacterials can the antibacterials he better protected and the development of bacterial drug resistance he delayed or avoided, thus ensuring rational use of antibacterials.
