摘要
参考建设部、科技部2005年联合颁发的《绿色建筑技术导则》、《绿色建筑评价标准》,以及《住宅性能评定技术标准》的内容,本文建立了绿色生态住宅小区综合评价指标;利用层次分析法、模糊数学原理建立了生态住宅小区综合评价模型;借助于评价模型可以对绿色生态住宅小区进行科学评价,通过评价结果披露机制,使消费者了解开发商所开发的绿色生态住宅小区所属等级。
By means of the Green Building Technology Instruction （GBTI）, the Green Building Evaluation Criterion （GBEC） and Residential Building Performance Evaluation Criterions （RBPEC）, the green ecological residental community comprehensive scientific evaluation index was established in this paper. Based on the fuzzy mathematic principle, the evaluation model was also presented. According to this method, the ecological residental community could be evaluated. With the revelation mechanism of evaluation outcome, the level of green ecological residental community that should be belonged to could be known by the housing consumer.
