摘要
本文介绍了国内首个获得国际绿色建筑认证(LEED)金奖案例。以其空调系统为例,说明了采用高效冷水机组、环保制冷剂、空调系统优化设计方案对节能和环保的贡献,展示了绿色建筑的良好经济效益和社会效益,表明绿色建筑是大势所趋。
In this paper, the first LEED gold rating building was introduced, the high efficient chillers, environmental refrigerants, optimized HVAC design were highlighted as examples of energy saving and environmental protection. The economy and society benefits of green building were demonstrated to show the development of green building.
