内痔高位悬扎固定与外痔剥切术治疗重度混合痔

The Procedure of High Suspension-Ligation ＆ Fixation for Internal Hemorrhoids and Dissection ＆ Incision for External Hemorrhoids in the Treatment Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids

为了减少传统手术治疗混合痔术后并发症，提高治疗效果，采用内痔高位悬扎固定与外痔剥切术治疗重度混合痔79例。77例（97．5％）达到理想的治疗效果，术后2例肛缘水肿。术后愈合时间14-22d，平均18d。结果表明，该手术方法治疗混合痔可减少术后肛管狭窄、出血、皮赘、肛缘水肿等并发症，疗效优于传统手术方法。

The procedure of high suspension-ligation ＆ fixation for internal hemorrhoids and dissection incision for external hemorrhoids was performed for 79 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids in an attempt to reduce the postoperative complications. As results, satisfactory effect was obtained in 77 cases （97.5%） ,the mean postoperative wound healing duration of time was 18 days（14-22days）,and there was perianal edema only in 2 cases. It is concluded that this procedure is superior to traditional one in terms of reduction of such postoperative complications as anal stricture, bleeding, skin tag, perianal edema,etc.
