肛肠病手术中两种配方麻醉镇痛剂效果比较

Comparison on the Anesthetic Effect of Two Anesthetics of Different Prescriptions Applied in the Surgical Operations for Anorectai Diseases

为了提高长效麻醉剂的效果，观察比较768例痔、肛裂手术采用两种不同配方的长效麻醉镇痛作用。结果显示，试验组646例采用长效麻醉剂1号（简称长麻1号），镇痛作用持续时间明显优于对照组122例采用的长效麻醉剂2号（简称长麻2号）。长麻1号可维持3～6h的麻醉时间，Ⅰ、Ⅱ级镇痛效果100％。长麻2号的麻醉作用仅为0．5～2h，可造成病人Ⅲ级疼痛明显增多达52．5％，Ⅰ、Ⅱ级疼痛仅占47．5％，明显低于长麻1号。结果表明，应用长麻1号安全有效，适合于肛肠科的多种手术。

The anesthetic effect of two anesthetics of different prescriptions applied in the surgical operations of hemorrhoids and anal fissure in 768 patients was evaluated and compared. As results, the anesthatic effect of long-term anesthetic Ⅰ（LTAⅠ） was better than that of long-term anesthetic Ⅱ（LTAⅡ. LTAⅠ could ensure an effective anesthetic time of 3-6 hours with 100% anesthetic effects of Ⅰ and Ⅱ grades. While LTAⅡ could only ensure an effective anesthetic time of 0.5-2 hours and might cause pain of grade Ⅲ（as highas 52.5%）,the pain of grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ was only 47. 5——beinglower than that of LTAⅠ. It is suggested that LTAⅠ is effective and safe,and is suitable for many anorectal operations.
