自制引流压迫肛管在防治PPH术后出血患者中的应用

Application of the Self-made Compression ＆ Drainage Tube in the Prevention and Treatment of Bleeding after PPH

为探讨引流压迫肛管在吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）术后常见并发症出血中的应用，将PPH手术12例术后留置引流压迫肛管。结果显示，12例患者均未再次手术，因放置不同时间的引流压迫肛管而治愈，其中1例术中断针术后出血患者经留置肛管7d后痊愈，1例术后继发出血患者经留置5d而痊愈，其余10例渗血患者均经留置24h后拔除肛管。结果表明，出血是PPH术后常见的并发症，留置引流压迫肛管可起到引流观察和压迫止血的双重作用，可避免再次手术，有早期预防、诊断的作用。

Retention of the self-made compression ＆ drainage tube（SCDT） after PPH for hemostasis and drainage was performed in 12 patients. As results,all these cases were primarily cured due to the retention of SCDT of different duration of time. Of the 12 cases,retention of SCDT lasted for 7 days in one patient, lasted for 5 days in one patient,and lasted for 24 hours in 10 patients. Bleeding is the common complication after PPH,retention of SCDT may play the role of hemostasis and drainage and may prevent a second surgical operation.
