摘要
在平面极坐标系下,导出电子在半圆型量子线中运动的等效薛定谔方程,与一维自由电子运动的不同之处,方程中含有一有效势Veff.讨论了有效势只与量子线的曲率有关,而不受外加限制势的影响.并说明了没有有效势时,电子的运动不符合物体运动的基本规律.
From plane polar coordinates, drive the equivalent schrodinger equation electronic transport in semicircular quantum wire, compare with one dimensional free electronic motion, see that the equation have a effective potential. We discuss that effective potential merely be related to the curvature of quantum wire, but not influenced by outside potential , and explain that when effective potential is not exist, the motion of eletron do not accord with essential theory.
