借鉴古代城墙在控制用地集约的优势,采用统计与比较的分析方法,通过对比,提出城镇建设顺序控制带概念、方法、类型、原则与内容,并针对我国寒地林区分散与集中的城镇形态进行控制带规划,这对寒地小城镇可持续发展将起到推动作用。

To absorb lessons from advantage of ancient city wall to control intensive land use, this article adopts comparison of analysis and statistical analysis methods. By contrast, article puts forward concept,type, principle and method of control cincture, and carries on a controlling planning to aim at dispersion and concentration . This will play a positive role in pushing sustainable development of small towns in forest zone in frigid area.
