本文针对现有普通硅酸钙板存在的不足,采用水性环氧树脂对硅酸钙板进行改性。改性后的硅酸钙板各项技术指标均优于现有普通硅酸钙板。

It analyzed the developing foreground of calcium silicate board and the character of common calcium silicate boards in existence, modified the common calcium silicate boards of which have two sides of drawbacks by water-epoxy resin. It also simply explained the property of water-epoxy resin and solidifying solvent as well as the effect mechanism of modifying calcium silicate boards by thewater-epoxy resin. It explained the producing technology and manufacturing process of modifying calcium silicate boards by the water-epoxy resin, tested the property of calcium silicate boards mixing with different dosage of water-epoxy resin, discussed the excellence of the modification boards. The calcium silicate boards after being modified advanced the common calcium silicate boards in all technique guidelines. It commendably settled waterproof issue of calcium silicate boards and gained definite reform in resistance concussion performance. It will better satisfy the using performance of calcium silicate boards in building and have extensive using scope.
