从新课标实施看农村中学体育改革的困难与问题

From the Implementation of the New Curriculum Standards to Inspect the Difficulties and Problems in the PE Reform of the Rural Middle Schools

农村中学在实施体育新课程改革中遇到较多困难,表现在轻视体育课程,体育教学设施不足,对学生心理健康、社会适应教育薄弱,体育与健康课程的评价体系不完善.为了克服这些困难,需要转变观念,统一思想,加强培训学习,规范教学管理,增加对农村学校体育经费的投入,开展对《体育法》和《学校体育卫生发展纲要》执行情况的检查活动,改善体育教学环境.

The rural middle schools have come up against a lot of difficulties in the implementation of the new PE curriculum reform. It reveals itself in looking down upon PE course, being short of PE teaching installations, being weak in the education for students＇ mental health and fitting in with the society, and being imperfect in the evaluation system of PE and health courses. In order to overcome these difficulties, it calls for changing the sense, seeking unity of thinking, strengthening the training and learning the normal teaching management, multiplying the input of PE funds for the rural schools, promoting the inspection activities of inplement situation about PE Law and An Outline of School＇s Development in PE and Sanitation and improving PE teaching environment.
