不同粗糙度金铂、含钛镍铬合金与种植钛表面龈下优势菌黏附情况观察

摘要 目的观察两种粗糙度(Ra)的金铂、含钛镍铬合金对不同龈下优势菌黏附的影响。方法将上述不同Ra的两种冠合金黏附在种植钛上,与四种龈下优势菌[伴放线共生放线杆菌(Aa),牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Pg),中间普氏菌(Pi),具核梭杆菌(Fn)]共同厌氧孵育,采用菌落形成单位(CFU)计数法比较培养试件表面的细菌黏附量,并于扫描电镜下观察。结果四种龈下优势菌在同种合金表面的黏附量随合金Ra增加而明显增多,在相同Ra的金铂合金-钛试件表面细菌黏附量明显多于含钛镍铬合金-钛试件。结论不同Ra的合金及相同Ra的不同合金上同种细菌黏附量不同。 [Objective] To study the effect of Au-Pt different subgingival predominant bacteria to implant and Ti-Ni-Cr with two roughness on the adhesion of the mterials. [Methods-] Two crown materials with two roughness were attached to the Ti implant material,under anaerobic incubation,the adhesion of four subgingival predominant bacteria: Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans ( Aa ), Porphyromanus gingivalis ( Pg ), Fusobacterium nucleatum (Fn), and Prevotella intermedia (Pi)were investigated respectively. The quantification of the adhered bacteria on the surfaces of the materials was assayed by means of clone forming unit(CFU)method, and the bacteria were examined by scannlng electron microscopy. [Results] The amounts of the four subgingival predominant bacteria adhered to the surface of same alloy samples increased significantly with added roughness, and the bacteria adhered to the surface of Au-Pt alloy samples were much more than those to Ti-Ni-Cr alloy samples on the same roughness. [Conclusion] There is difference in both the amounts of the bacteria at tached to the same alloy with different roughness and those to the different alloys with the same roughness.
