40Hz听觉稳态诱发反应电位指数对静脉全麻诱导镇静水平的评价作用 被引量:1

摘要 选择听力正常(ASA级)、择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者30例,麻醉时采用咪哒唑仑与异丙酚静脉联合诱导,每隔1 min顺次记录脑电双频指数(BIS)、40 Hz听觉稳态诱发反应电位指数(40 Hz ASSRindex)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)和Ramsay镇静评分,取不同镇静深度下的数据进行统计分析。结果显示,患者意识消失时,BIS降至60以下,40 Hz ASSR index降至20以下,与意识消失前相比,P均<0.05;40 Hz ASSRindex的变化较BIS快,P<0.05;40 Hz ASSR index和BIS与Ramsay镇静评分呈正相关,r分别为0.787和0.793,P均<0.01。认为40 Hz ASSR index可以反映患者镇静水平。
