摘要
本文运用1维边界层传热模型研究了燃烧室壁面温度变化引起边界层厚度及层中气体性质变化对缸内传热的影响,分析了陶瓷隔热发动机缸内的传热特性,并对其燃油消耗率上升、排温增高等原因。
In this paper, by using one dimensional boundary layer heat transfer model, the effects of the variation of wall temperature of combustion chamber on the variation of boundary layer thickness and gas property in layer and the heat transfer in cylinder are investigated. The heat transfer characteristics in cylinder of insulated engine are analyzed. The proper reasons of insulated engine with higher BSFC and a higher exhaust temperature are explained.
