摘要
硫酸法钛白粉废水含有大量的废酸,通常利用石灰制成的氢氧化钙乳浊液进行中和处理。电石渣是氯碱行业产生的废渣,主要成分为氢氧化钙,理论上可以替代石灰作为硫酸法钛白粉废水治理的药剂使用。实验通过对比石灰和电渣处理硫酸法废水的效果,分析电石渣替代石灰的技术可行性,为废物的利用寻求一个合理的途径。
The acid wastewater from TiO2 contains lots of discard acid and it is commonly treated with the application of lime which is neutralized by Ca(OH)2 emulsion. Carbide slag is a kind of discard solid produced from chloro-alkaline industry and its main product is Ca (OH)2. In theory,carbide slag can replace lime to treat acid wastewater from TiO2. They try to compare the lime and carbide slag which are both used to treat acid wastewater from TiO2,in order to analyze the feasibility of the application of carbide slag instead of lime. By doing this, they try to find another way to reuse the waste reasonably.
