摘要
目前在除湿工程中冷冻方式较为普遍,但是在低温低湿所要求的温湿度条件下,纯冷冻的除湿方式使蒸发器在结霜工况下工作,制冷系统的COP较低,能耗较高。笔者设计了一套双蒸发器切换的联合除湿制冷系统,分别进行了吸附-冷却式和吸附-冷却-吸附式的试验研究,对试验结果进行了对比分析。结果表明吸附-冷却-吸附式方案具有良好的低温低湿性能。吸附冷却方式可以简化冷冻除湿制冷系统,有很强的抗干扰能力,而且蒸发温度高,系统的COP值增加。
Frozen dehumidification is widely used in the refrigeration field presently, but it has low efficiency and COP in the low temperature and humidity condition while the evaporator operates under the frosting condition. An adsorption cooling system with two evaporators which can work alternately is designed, and two dehumidification ways, adsorption-cooling dehumidification and adsorption-frozen-adsorption dehumidification, are compared with to each other. It can be infered from the analysis that adsorption-frozen-adsorption dehumidification system is suit for the low temperature and humidity condition, dual evaporators system can be predigested to single evaporator system, which can decrease the manufacture and maintenance cost, additionally the evaporator temperature of the system increased, which can improve the COP of the system and save energy.
