一种节能高效固体软氮化技术的研发 被引量:3

摘要 针对固体软氮化存在的能耗高、效率低等不足之处,研究设计了一种新的节能、高效固体软氮化技术。新技术通过在软氮化粉末渗扩介质与被渗样品间施加合适参数的直流电场来实现。研究结果表明,直流电场可降低处理外热温度,显著增加渗速,改善渗层硬度梯度分布,达到了节能、高效之目的。 An energy-saving and high-efficient powder nitritrocarburizing overcoming the high energy-consumption and low-efficiency in the convent technology was developed for ional powder ing process. The new technology is based mainly on applying direct current field (DCF) nitritrocarburizwith proper parameter between the treated sample and the powder agents. The test results indicate that DCF can lower treating temperature and accelerate the diffusion. The hardness profile of the case by the new technology was improved. Purpose of saving energy and more efficiency was achieved.
