摘要 结合产品协同开发过程的集成性、复杂性、动态性和层次性等特点,通过对目前协同产品开发过程建模方法的分析和研究,指出了各自的优缺点,并在此基础上提出了全息工作流网的建模方法及其相应的分析技术和仿真算法。全息工作流网通过扩展工作流网组成元素的内部结构,丰富了模型的信息量,集成了产品开发过程的时间、资源、组织等信息,提高了模型的可读性、动态性和层次性,并能够更有效地支持模型的分析、优化和仿真。最后通过实例验证了该方法的可行性。 With an eye to the characteristics of collaborative product development, such as integration, complexity, dynamics and hierarchy, by analyzing the existing modeling methods of collaborative product development, their advantages and disadvantages were pointed out. Then a new holographic-workflow-net-based modeling method, analysis technology and simulation algorithm were put forward. By extending the interior structure of constituents of workflow-net, the information volume of the model was enriched and the information of time, resource and organization could be integrated into the model, therefore the readability, dynamics and hierarchy of model were improved and this model could effectively support the analysis, optimization and simulation of the model. Finally, its feasibility was proved by an experiment.
