摘要 阐述了烹调油烟的成分研究进展及对肺部的危害,并对防治烹调油烟对人体危害方面所做的研究进行综述,旨在就如何防治烹调油烟对人体危害进行探讨。 The component and harm to lung of cooking oil fume are introduced. The researches on how to prevent and control cooking oil fume are summarized.
