摘要
采用高温过氧乙酸法处理鸡羽毛,即先用过氧乙酸溶液处理羽毛,然后于反应釜中以一定的温度和压力反应。实验结果表明:过氧乙酸浓度25%,温度128℃,时间20m in,料液比1∶5时,角蛋白得率11%,羽毛的溶解率达到90%,可溶蛋白含量为75.67%,体外胃蛋白酶消化率提高至82.87%,表明此方法可显著提高羽毛角蛋白粉的生物效价。
The peroxy acetic acid was used for following extraction of feather keratin: treating the feather in peroxy acetic acid solution and then conducting the reaction in an autoclave under certain temperature and pressure. The results show that with conditions of peroxy acetic acid 25%, temperature 128℃, time 20min, and feed/solution ratio 1:5, the feather keratin yield is 11%, the solubility of the feather is 90%, the content of the soluble protein is 75.67%, and the digestibility by pepsin in vitro is up to 82.87%.
