光反射干涉生物传感器及其应用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 综述了光反射干涉生物传感器的工作基本原理,仪器结构的组成及各部件,并给出了光反射干涉生物传感器检测免疫学反应的图例。介绍了光反射干涉生物传感器历史发展过程,在环境、食品安全检测及生物材料吸附性能等多方面的研究进展,分析了该传感器的优点及存在的问题,以后应用和发展前景。为引进先进的食品安全自动化检测技术方法提供了理论依据。 The work principle, structure, and assembly of the reflectometry interference spectroscopy (RIFS) biosensor are introduced in this paper. The cutline of the immunoreaction detected by the RIFS biosensor is given. Development process of the RIFS biosensor is introduced. The research process on RIFS biosensor in environment, food safety detection and biomaterials adsorption are reviewed. The advantages, drawbacks, and future of RIFS biosensor are discussed. This would supply a theoretic support for indraught of advanced food safety detector.
