摘要
21世纪高等教育必须要适应知识经济时代的要求,首先分析了我国传统教育存在的主要问题,并对创新人才的基本特征进行了剖析,本文认为培养创新人才最为重要的是要改变传统教育体制,实施创新教育,最后提出了构建创新人才培养模式的途径与方法。
Higher Education in new century should meet the need of knowledge economy era. In this article , the author makes an analysis of the problems of traditional education in China and the characteristics of innovative talents. The author thinks that the traditional education system should be reformed and innovative education should be put into practice , and some ways to solve the problems are proposed.
