基于逼近理想方案的装备采购

摘要 针对多个装备采购难以取舍的问题,在分析影响装备采购因素基础上,确定影响装备优劣的重要指标。根据现有的可采购装备,假设不可能存在的一件正理想装备和一件负理想装备,运用逼近理想点法,计算各件装备到理想装备的相对贴近度,得到贴近度最大的为最先采购装备,为装备采购提供参考。实例分析检验该方法可行。 According to the uncertainty of stocking weapon, based on analyzing the factors which influence the superiority of projects, several important indexes are confirmed. A positive ideal project and a negative one are set up based on current weapons, adjacent numerical value of projects to the ideal project can be calculated with TOPSIS. The project which has a bigger relatively adjacent numerical value is the best project .It provides an assistance function for the decider to make right onerational decision. A special application indicates the model goes well.
