电动机节电与保护装置的设计

摘要 电动机节电保护器采用220V/10V 2W变压器供电,经桥式整流集成块7812稳压后提供直流电源。中间继电器1J、2J采用JEC-21F-12V,检测鉴别元件利用双时基集成电路块,信号取样采用电流互感器。在不同运转状态下,电流信号取样并鉴别后,自动转换到额定负载实现节电,若大于设定值或短路或断相缺相则停机实现保护。 The equipment to economize electric power adopts direct current supply, which comes from 220V/10V 2W transformer, then commutes and passes through Manostat 7812. The Relay 1J, and 2J adopt JEC-21F-12V, dual time base IC is used to detect and distinguish component signal, and uses current transformer to sampling. On different running conditions, current signals are sampled and distinguished, then automatically switch to rated load to economize power, furthermore, if signals are greater than fixed value or indicate that it is in short circle or lack phase, the equipment will stop the electromotor to protect it.
